Job Description

Energy Network Services (ENS) is a national, well-known and respected Application Engineering Management Company. We lead in the provision of innovative and cost-effective lighting and lighting controls services for improving energy performance for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in the private and public sectors. Our expertise extends to all stages of an energy management project, planning, implementation, financing, and monitoring. ENS also provides solutions beyond building lighting and controls. These include, Smart City Solutions, and EV Charger Deployments

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all East Coast Canada Projects, while ensuring exemplary customer service is provided to all customers.
• Work as needed with internal sales to visit large potential and existing customers
• Develop and implement operational strategies for creating or enhancing processes and procedures to improve worksite performance and productivity
• Review project sites as required to perform audits in order to manage Projects and Health and Safety sites (Travel required)
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily job reports, packing slips, workplace inspection reports, as-built drawings, etc.
• Monitor field operations ensuring work is being completed in accordance with the project schedule and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately
• Manage day to day planning and scheduling employees on projects
• Proactively identify any inspection of issues, and follow- up on actions required
• Communicate with teams to effectively to resolve issues as required
• Address any health and safety concerns and ensure work sites are compliant to company and provincial safety standards

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of lighting and construction industry is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Environmental field from a University or College of recognized standing
